RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can request an exchange for any product (excluding "OUTLET" items) within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the amount spent via bank transfer or PayPal, or we can process an exchange if the customer opts for a different product.

Please note that to be accepted, the item must be returned in its original condition, with the tag, inner paper, packaging (for accessories), and dust bag. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
